Pastor Bill Chan started his spiritual life as a Catholic when he came to Canada in 1976. In 2005, he was baptized as a Protestant. It is so fitting that he end up serving at Pacific Grace MB Church as the first fellowship that he attended as a Protestant was at Port Moody Pacific Grace MB. As God slowly shaped him, God challenged him to give up his vocation of 18 years as an ESL Instructor,

Pastor Bill entered ministry in 2013. Before joining PGMBC in 2018, he served as Youth Pastor at three other churches. In 2019, he started to serve as English Youth & Children Pastor. Pastor Chan is married to Winnie who brought him to have a close and intimate relationship with God. They have a son named Kairos, who he call “mini-me” because Kairos looks exactly just like him.
